Safe Harbour is hosting a Community Open House on Thursday, January 12, 2016, from 4-7 p.m. at the James Wilson Facility located at 102 W. High St. in downtown Carlisle.
During this time community members and elected and appointed officials are invited to visit Safe Harbour, tour the facility and learn more about the non-profit organization and its mission. There is no need for an appointment. The public may drop in at anytime between 4-7 p.m. Refreshments will be available.
