Safe Harbour is a not-for-profit organization that provides a continuum of housing services for the homeless of Cumberland County. Safe Harbour is governed by an independent Board of Directors and derives its financial support from individuals, organizations, churches, fees paid by residents, commercial rents, investments, foundations, federal and state grants, as well as the United Way.

2020 Match Madness Campaign Celebrates Success

Safe Harbour raised $18,275 in gifts with a “match” multiplier from the Partnership for Better Health, M&T Bank, and the Josiah W. and Bessie H.
