Our signature February gala, Night Without a Tux, is an evening of elegance with a relaxed twist—no tuxedos required. Guests enjoy fine dining, live entertainment, and both silent and live auctions. Proceeds from this event directly support Safe Harbour’s housing programs and services, ensuring we can continue to provide safe homes for individuals and families in need.
Each March, Safe Harbour participates in the Match Madness Campaign, coordinated by the Partnership for Better Health. This community-wide fundraising challenge offers donors the chance to multiply their impact, as every gift is partially matched. In early summer, sportsmen and women gather for Safe Harbour’s Annual Skeet Shoot. Held each September at the Carlisle Country Club, the Shomaker Classic is one of Safe Harbour’s most beloved traditions. Named in honor of community leader Monte Shomaker, the tournament welcomes 120 golfers each year for a day of fun and philanthropy. With contests, raffles, and a celebratory dinner, the event raises critical funds while recognizing the businesses and individuals whose generosity makes our work possible.
In the final quarter of each year, Safe Harbour invites our community to participate in the Annual Appeal.
